What Are You Reading?

Because I do a lot of real estate writing in various forums, I receive a lot of emails with some really great questions.

Today I was asked which books I recommend. I love reading and have hundreds of books in our home: spiritual books, health related books, Christian writings, inspirational books, motivational books, fiction, and a TON of business books.

Naturally, because we’re in real estate, we have a lot of books on real estate. Once we learned the investment side of real estate, however, how to manage and protect what we have became our focus. So now my favorite books are business books. After all, when you own a lot of properties, you have a business. How to own, operate, grow and maintain what you have becomes a whole new necessary skill.

So, here is a list of some favorites that are sitting on my shelf:
